Chronic pain needs more time than most visits can provide. We take that time: a full assessment, a review of what's already been tried, and a treatment plan built from evidence rather than sequence. Where a procedure is warranted, it's done here by a pain physician.

Your patient stays your patient. You receive a clear consultation note after the first visit and an update whenever the plan changes, so you can carry it forward in your own care.

No Billing Negation

All services are covered by OHIP. There is no physician negation for Family Health Groups, Teams or Organizations care.

All of our doctors have been practising community chronic pain care along with family medicine, so we understand the realities and demands of a family practice when it comes to looking after patients with chronic pain.

Chronic Pain Team

We work as an extension of your practice, not a replacement for it. You'll have a consultation note within 1-2 days of the first visit, an update whenever the plan changes or during regular follow-up visits, and a direct line to our team in between.

Where it helps, we take on the prescribing and monitoring chronic pain demands and hand it back whenever you'd prefer.
